How many of us have a brand new bike, bought with the
intention of riding it regularly? Or
have a bike sitting in the garage, covered with a layer of dust because it
hasn’t been used for way too many months. Just like anything else, staying motivated to
bike takes some intention.
It’s been proven many times over that people are more
successful making changes in their lives if they have the support of
others. Well, my friends, we’re here to
provide that support. There’ll be a forum
to talk about your challenges and struggles, ways to meet people nearby who can
ride with you, a chart to monitor your progress, and praise and prizes as you
work towards and meet your goals. What’s
not to love?
Did you know that riding at a leisurely pace, you can do
from 8 to 12 miles per hour? if you
speed it up, you can go up to 16 miles per hour! Here’s a chart that give you an idea of how
