Please note, if the bike is damaged en route to its' delivery destination, please refuse to accept it and contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible. Check for shipping damage before you accept the package!

If you need to return your bike, please call us toll free at 877-690-1879 or email us at by clicking here. We will provide you with a return authorization number as well as address for returns.

Shipping

Our bicycles and tricycles ship in the most appropriate manner we identify. Charges for most BIKE shipments to the continenatal US are indicated on the order page for each cycle. If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, we will contact you with the cost of shipping your bicycle.

Because some BICYCLES and TRICYCLES are so much bigger, they are required to be shipped by truck and the prices vary greatly. We will email you with the cost for shipping your cycle, or if you prefer to know before ordering, you are welcome to email us or call us at 877-690-1879 and we will calculate the price for you.

Accessories, normally shipped by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, are charged according to the chart below. Please understand that items may ship at different times.

As some of these carriers cannot ship to a PO box, please be sure to include a street address for your delivery.
